the breakfast was above average, the staff was decent, the grounds were clean. king room was well laid out with comfortable bed. lots of facilities like: a seating area, a study table and a radio. no complaints whatsoever, loved this place and recommend.

Staff were HELPFUL, so I loved my being there. Central location, it was in a pretty comfortable area. Booked it for 1 day and had a really really nice experience.

It was surely a fantastic stay. Hearty breakfast, terrific service. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch.

interesting place for exploring fargo. staff is friendly and rooms are very clean.

Can recommend this place and would like to go back there again. The staff were kindly, the breakfast was DELICIOUS and everything was fine. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Starbucks couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away. Bed was nice and room was very clean.
